Terralpe is a third-generation privately-owned capital investment and property management firm. Terralpe identifies and invests in value-added properties, and ground-up developments, maximizing their worth through active management. We fuel projects with knowledge and experience in physical transformation, forging desirability, design, and functionality through human-centered design.

Our 90 year history has been mostly in Mexico and we are actively looking to diversify our portfolio internationally.

Timeline

Since 1929, Terralpe has pioneered in ground-up developments for Higher Education Institutions and other academic infrastructure needs in addition to other asset types (Office space, Multifamily, and Mix-use).
